FAQ

Useful answers before you request a quote.

These answers are intentionally conservative while the business policies, materials, turnaround targets, and quote workflow are still being finalised.

Can I provide my own 3D model file?

Yes, customer-supplied files are expected to be part of the service. Accepted file types and file-checking requirements should be confirmed before launch.

What file formats will be accepted?

Common formats may include STL, STEP, OBJ, 3MF, and ZIP, but the final accepted list should be confirmed once the quote process is connected.

What materials and colours are available?

Materials and colours are still to be finalised. The quote process should confirm availability for each project rather than promising stock that may change.

Can you make replacement parts?

Replacement parts may be possible depending on size, design, fit, strength, heat exposure, and intended use. Safety-critical parts should be reviewed carefully.

Can you produce multiple copies?

Small-batch production is part of the intended service direction. Quantity, consistency, finish, and lead time should be confirmed for each job.

Do you offer design or modelling?

This is not yet confirmed as a public service. The site can add design support later if pricing, scope, and boundaries are defined.

Can you print copyrighted characters or branded designs?

Projects involving copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed designs need care. The business should avoid offering unlicensed protected work as products.

Do you ship across the UK?

Shipping area and shipping prices are still to be confirmed. The MVP should not publish delivery promises until those details are settled.
